Two sides. One set of ground rules.
Terms for a friendly round of Berry Four and for using the rest of Xanurevoli.
The opponent and the outcome
Berry Four runs a computer opponent in your browser. You are not entering a paid tournament or playing a registered stranger. A win, loss or draw has no monetary value and awards no redeemable prize.
A round without a stake
All columns and the new-round control are available without payment or a login. There are no deposits, wagers or withdrawals. A reload clears the active board rather than restoring a player account.
Keep the interaction genuine
Do not interfere with operation, seek unauthorised access or use contact tools for unlawful, abusive or impersonating messages. A bug report should contain only material you are entitled to share.
The world around the board
Gift scenes and candy architecture are imaginary. Personal browsing does not give ownership of the artwork, writing or identity, or permission to misrepresent an affiliation. Respect included third-party licences.
Separate email services
The form creates text for a mail application you control. It does not automatically submit a ticket or guarantee a reply time. Review the message before sending and consult Privacy for its information handling.
Availability and applicable rights
Features can change and access may be interrupted. These terms do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Questions about permitted use can be addressed to [email protected].
